Restrictions on the working area and the height of the building meant that careful planning was needed to dismantle this tower crane.  Choosing to use a Terex Demag AC 250-1 with its 80m main boom supplied by King Lifting allowed the tower crane to be dismantled without the need for a luffing jib, which saved both rigging time and cost causing minimal disruption to the local residents.
